Upon contacting us, you will be connected to a care team member who will walk you through connecting with the wellness professional that is right for you. Your care team member will stay with you until you are connected and satisfied with the services you are receiving.

Your care team member will walk you through scheduling an initial appointment with your wellness practitioner. They will help you identify a time that works for you when you can be focused and relaxed to ensure the best experience possible.

Once you are connected with a wellness practitioner you will attend your first meeting. This appoint will take place virtually using a secure and confidential platform. During this call your practitioner will assess your needs and, along with you, develop an appropriate plan of care.
